Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Enchanted Wedding Plans, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Enchanted Wedding Plans provides professional wedding planning and coordination services. Our services include but are not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of wedding coordination.

Booking and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. Payment schedules will be outlined in individual service contracts. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the initial deposit). Cancellations made less than 90 days before the wedding date are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Enchanted Wedding Plans will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
